The U. S. Department of Justice’s Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI) is investigating whether the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) that has administered the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) certification of a new drug shortage for an antibiotic called Norvasc. This is the first time the agency has ordered FDA to issue a certification of a new drug shortage. The agency is not authorized to issue FDA-approved drug recalls or to conduct drug recalls of any type because it is the sole regulator of this type of drug shortage.
